STEP 1
Cut a 1 5/8” x 2 7/16” rectangular hole
in the wall where you wish to mount the
2-Switch Wall Control.
STEP 2A
Plug one end of RJ-11 cable into GRAY
RJ-11 jack ( ) on MAXXFAN PCB (at
ceiling).
Do not use the Black RJ-11 Jack ( ).
STEP 2B
Route RJ-11 cable
through wall to hole
cut in STEP 1.
STEP 3
Plug end of RJ-11 cable into RJ-11 jack
on 2-Switch Wall Control PCB. Note
arrow & ’Up’ marking on PCB for proper
orientation.

they are identical)
STEP 4
Attach the Wall
Control to wall
with appropriate
screws for wall
construction.
STEP 5
Snap Bezel onto
Wall Control.
The black RJ-11 jack is for other controls
