WATER PUMP AND STRAINER
Water pump access is in the lower exterior compartment on the curbside just in front
of the rear wheels. Once the exterior door is raised, the pump can be found behind the
small access door in the upper right corner of the storage area.
To clean strainer screen, first remove inlet
connection from pump side of strainer. This
will allow the intake side of the strainer to
be rotated about 1/8 turn counter clockwise
and removed. The screen part of the strainer
will now be accessible for cleaning.
When reassembling, only rotate the inlet
side of the strainer until the stops are felt.
The “O” ring performs sealing and too much
pressure will only break the strainer.
