TROUBLESHOOTING
If malfunctions or errors
occur which you cannot
rectify yourself by using
these operating instruc-
tions, please contact the
manufacturer.
Troubleshooting

The device is not working
The power cable is not connected.
Connect the power cable. (Open the side flap on the right.)
The device is not switched on.
Switch the device on.
Defective fuse
Check, and if necessary, replace the fuse.
The printer is not printing.
The printer is not switched on.
Switch the printer on.
The data cable is not connected.
Connect the data cable
The batteries are discharged.
Replace or charge the batteries (a charger is supplied with the device).
Connection is on the left hand side of the printer).
The paper roll is empty.
Insert a new paper roll
Check the back-up battery
CLOCK-BATT IS ALMOST FLAT!
The back-up battery is almost flat.
Switch off the device and return to the manufacturer for repair.
Check the program memory.
ERROR PROGRAM MEMORY
Internal error
Switch off the device and return to the manufacturer for repair.
Check the parameter memory.
ERROR SET-UP MEMORY
Internal error
Switch off the device and return to the manufacturer for repair.
Error USB drive
USB drive error or defective USB
drive
Replace the USB stick. The device can continue to be used but it will
not be possible to save data on the USB stick. Return the device to the
manufacturer for repair
Keyboard test

Switch off the device and return to the manufacturer for repair.
Test flow sensor
ERROR FLOW SENSOR
Internal error
Switch off the device and return to the manufacturer for repair.
Test pressure sensor
ERROR PRESSURE SENSOR
Internal error
Switch off the device and return to the manufacturer for repair.
Test fan motor
ERROR FAN MOTOR
Switch off the device. Remove the air hose and pressure measuring
hose from the device. Switch the device on and re-check. If the error
persists, the device must returned to the manufacturer for repair.
