GREEN LIGHT will illuminate when compressor starts. NB. Usually there will be a 3 minute delay .
6:CHECK THE FOLLOWING:
The outside discharge door has opened 90 degrees. There is no rattles or abnormal noises and the unit
is cooling.
7: Turn unit off and check the outside door closes fully.

NB. If the power is turned off at the GPO or the power to the van is disconnected before the unit is

gently push the door shut. Turn unit on "fan only" and watch the door open. Turn unit off again and

ONGOING MAINTENANCE

Normally the only item requiring ongoing attention is the return air filter. Aircommand recommends
that the filter is inspected at least monthly and depending upon how dusty the environment, the return
air filter may need to be removed, cleaned and replaced. To do this, grasp the filter with the finger
grip, pull outward and upward to remove the filter assembly (see fig. 10). Wash the filter in warm
soapy water and drain. Pick off any lint that did not wash away. To reinstall, carefully insert the filter
into the guides on either side, keep the filter square and push down gently until it is fully home.
