4. POSITIONING
The installation must be performed by qualified personnel and in the rules of art.
Locate the vertical heating cabinet on a concrete floor, perfectly flat and horizontal to ensure a
good seal between the fitting plane and the outer walls of the cabinet. It is recommended to lay on
the floor anti-vibration plate.
Check the fan motor is aligned wit the pulley and the tension of belt.
Minimum distance to be respected around the generator (no object must be inside this perimeter):

1.5 m if there is a return air
70 cm if the recovery has a closure plate.
No flammable objects must be within one meter distance of the heating cabinet.
IMPORTANT
:
- For heating cabinet located into a furnace room, the air fan inlet must be ducted to the outside,
whatever this inlet air is recirculation air (from the premise to be heated) or is new fresh air (from
outdoor). Section of the duct must be at least equal to the suction section of the heating cabinet or
its filter box.
- The total area of the air inlets must be at least equal to 1.5 times the suction section of the
heating cabinet or its filter housing. Ensure that suction outlets are completely open and
unobstructed - Ditto for grilles mounted on the generator.
- Ensure that the section of ducts and vents jamb be sufficient to pass the nominal air flow and the
mouths are open and unobstructed.
- Fit the air filter (if any) by opening provided for this purpose in the filter box.
- Fit the burner in the cylindrical hole in front of the heating cabinet and fit the plug and socket.
Follow the instructions in the manufacturer's manual of the burner.
