USER INSTRUCTIONS
IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS
When using the Slow Cooker, basic safety precautions should
always be followed including the following:
1.
Read all instructions before using.
2.
Before connecting the Slow Cooker to the electrical power supply,
check that the voltage indicated corresponds with the voltage in
your home. If this is not the case, do not use the Slow Cooker.
3.
Never use the Slow Cooker when it is damaged in any way.
4.
WARNING:
If the surface is cracked, switch off the Slow Cooker to
avoid the possibility of electric shock.
5.
To protect against electrical shock, do not immerse power cable,
plugs or the Slow Cooker in water or any other liquids.
6.
If the power cable is damaged, it must be replaced by the
manufacturer or its service agent or a similar qualified person in
order to avoid a hazard. See Returns Policy.
7.
The user must not leave when the Slow Cooker is being used.
8.
Do not allow children to use or be too close to the Slow Cooker.
9.
Do not let power cable hang over the edge of the table or kitchen
worktop or close to hot surfaces.
10.
Never cook directly in the base unit. Use the Ceramic Pot.
11.
Do not use Ceramic Pot or Glass Lid if cracked or chipped.
12.
Do not switch on the Slow Cooker when it is upside down or laid on
its side.
13.
The Glass Lid and Ceramic Pot are fragile. Handle them with care.
Please read this instruction manual carefully before using
the Slow Cooker for the first time, and always keep
these instructions.
