Troubleshooting
Problem
Action
The movie file stored in “My Movie” mode
cannot be displayed?
- All the file stored in “My Disc” mode must be
added to the corresponding mode (playlist)
before it can playback successfully.
In
“My Music”
mode - *.MP3, *.WMA, *.
FLAC, *.APE format.
In
“My Movie”
or “My MTV” mode - *.RM,
*.RMVB, *.AVI, *.MPG, *.MPEG, *.DAT, *.FLV
format.
In
“My Picture”
mode - *.JPG, *.BMP, *.GIF
format.
In
“My E-Books”
mode - *.TXT format.
Cannot power ON after pressing the power
ON button?
- Charge up battery for 10 minutes power
adapter and try again.
No sound during playback?
- Check if the volume level is not set to “0”.
- Check if earphone is properly connected.
- Check if earphone is damaged.
- Check if the file is corrupted. Try again with
other files.
Disconnecting the player from computer?
- Please refer to
“Disconnecting the USB Disk
from the computer”.
Player cannot detect on the computer?
- Turn ON the power on the player and again.
Recording problem?
- Check if there is sufficient memory and
battery power.
Video and audio playback problem?
- Check if the format is supported on the
player.
Player displays unidentified characters?
- Make sure the correct language is selected.
Cannot transfer music to player?
1. Check if the USB cable is working properly.
2. Check if the computer USB port is working
properly. Restart the computer and try again.
