USB Working Mode 

When the USB interface of the frame is connected to a PC (See Figure 
6.22), the frame enters USB (USB Slave) mode. At this time, the 
computer can directly access the memory card inserted in the frame. 

Note: To connect the frame to a computer via USB interface, there should be 
no slideshow playback at the point of connection. Stop any photo playback 
before the connection to computer.

After the USB interface of the equipment is connected to a portable 
memory, the system enters the USB Host mode (as shown in figure 
6.23)

When in USB Host mode, the USB Flash Disk or other USB Devices 
will be named as “UDISK” and displayed in the File List.   

 
Note:  
1. To avoid any accident caused by insufficient USB power on the computer, 
ensure that the frame is powered ON before connecting it to a computer.   
 
2. To connect an external USB device (eg. Thumbdrive) to the frame, the USB 
devices must not be operating on any current of 500mA and above. An 
external power supply may be needed when necessary. 
 
3. Supports Windows2000 & XP.
