INTRODUCTION
Thank you for deciding to purchase the Lumbar Support Cushion with Memory Foam from Aidapt. The
Lumbar Support Cushion with Memory Foam is manufactured from the finest materials available. When
used correctly it is designed to give many years of reliable, trouble-free service.
BEFORE USE
•
Carefully remove all packaging. Avoid using any knives or other sharp instruments as this may
damage the surface of the product.
•
Check the product for any visible damage If you see any damage or suspect a fault, do not use
your product as it may compromise your safety, but contact your supplier for support.
INTENDED USE
•
The Lumbar Support Cushion with Memory Foam has been designed to improve your
posture and to help relieve pressure on the spine when seated. The Lumbar Support Cushion
is ideal for use in a car, at work or on any seat you will be spending any length of time.
•
Ensure that the Lumbar Support Cushion is fixed to the rear of the seat and not on the seat
pad itself.
Note: Avoid sharp objects such as zips and keys coming into contact with the cushion as this may
damage the cover or foam filling.
CLEANING
Clean your Lumbar Support Cushion with Memory Foam using a mild detergent with a slightly damp,
soft cloth only. Only use a mild detergent or disinfectant; never use an abrasive cleaner. Do not soak the
foam inner. The cover can be removed and washed at a low heat with similar colours.
After cleaning, leave the cushion and cover to dry in a warm, dry place, but not in direct contact with a
heat source.
REISSUE
If you reissue or are about to reissue this product, please thoroughly check all components for their
safety.
If in any doubt, please do not issue or use, but immediately contact your supplier for service
support.
CARE & MAINTENANCE
Please make a safety check of the product at regular intervals or if you have any concerns.
