INTRODUCTION
Thank you for deciding to purchase the Screw-Fit Bed Raisers from Aidapt. The
Screw-Fit Bed Raisers are manufactured from the finest materials available. When
used correctly they are designed to give many years of reliable, trouble-free service.
NB. This equipment must be installed by a competent person.
VG824 Bed Raisers: 75 mm (Set of 4)
VG825 Bed Raisers: 100 mm (Set of 4)
Maximum User Weight: 380 kg (60 stone) including furniture.
Do not exceed the weight limit stated – doing so could put the user at risk.
BEFORE USE
Carefully remove all packaging. Avoid using any knives of other sharp instruments
as this may damage the surface of the product.
Check the product for any visible damage If you see any damage or suspect a fault,
do not use your product, but contact your supplier for support.
INTENDED USE
Screw-Fit Bed Raisers are available in two lengths 75 mm and 100 mm to raise the
height of a bed fitted with wooden legs.
They are manufactured from hardwood and finished in black lacquer with strong
steel fitting inserts.
FITTING YOUR SCREW-FIT BED RAISERS
NB. Two people may be required to fit the Screw-Fit Bed Raisers safely.
1.
Remove original bed castors from their socket fittings.
2.
Fit each bed raiser fully home into the fitting of the bed sockets.
3.
The raiser must be thoroughly tightened. Ensure there is no gap between
the top mating face of the bed raiser and the bed base.
NB: The base of the bed must be a flat surface.
4.
Now replace the original castors into the bottom fitting of the Bed Raiser.
The leg must be thoroughly tightened
5.
Maximum user weight: 380 kg. (including weight of bed) per set of four
raisers.
