My Favorite Egg Salad
4-6 Servings
INGREDIENTS
7 hard boiled eggs
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 ribs celery diced
1 bunch green onions,finely sliced
2 tablespoons yellow mustard
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
2 tablespoons sweet pickle relish
2 teaspoons granulated sugar
Kosher salt and fresh pepper to taste
METHOD
1. Mash eggs with a pastry blender or fork until small pieces form.
2. Stir in remaining ingredients thoroughly.
3. Garnish as desired and serve.
