Storage Method
1.
After each use, store the machine as follows:
(1) Park the machine on a fi rm, level surface.
(2) Take all tools and materials from the
platform.
(3) Retract and lower the boom fully.
(4) Shut down the engine by turning off the
key switch, remove the key to prevent
using the machine without permission,
and store it suitably.
(5) Chock the wheels.
(6) Perform the daily maintenance.

Only daily maintenance items that specifi ed
in this manual shall be performed by the
operator.
Refuel the machine

WARNING
• Ensure the machine only in a well
ventilated area away from open frame
and other sources of ignition.
• Never remove the fuel cap with the
engine running.
• Never refuel with the engine running.
Before using the machine ensure there is
enough fuel for expected use.
(1) Make sure the engine and all systems
are turned off and the emergency stop
buttons are depressed.
(2) Remove the fuel cap.
(3) Pour fuel into the fuel tank carefully.
(4) Tighten the fuel cap securely.

Check the Hydraulic Oil Level

Maintaining the hydraulic oil at suffi
cient level
is very important for the machine operation.
Defi cient of the hydraulic oil level can damage
hydraulic parts. Daily checks from the oil level
gauge (fi g. 7‒1) can confi rm the change of
the hydraulic oil level that might show the
hydraulic system problems.

(1) Make sure the machine is level.
(2) Make sure the boom is retracted and
lowered fully.
(3) Check the oil level gauge located on the
side of the hydraulic oil tank.
(4) Add the hydraulic oil if necessary.
