Chapter 2. Hardware Setup

SB102-SP User Manual

2�5�1 Removing the Fan

Step 1

 Unplug the cables and connectors before dissembling the module.

Step 2

 Lift the module upward to remove. Check to carefully dislodge the rubber 

connectors from the attached bracket.

2�5�2 Installing the Fan

Step 1

 Insert the module into the system. Verify to align the rubber connectors 

with the appropriate slot in the bracket.

NOTE

The heatsink's fan should be blowing toward the rear end of the chassis. If one of the 

fans is facing the wrong direction. Please remove the heatsink and reinstall so that it is 

facing the correct direction.
