WARNING
During early stages of illness with a rapid
rise in temperature to high values, the effect
of «white hyperthermia » can be observed –
a condition which can be characterized by
the peripheral vessel constriction, when the
skin becomes pale and remains cold. In such
cases, temperature measurements on the
forehead should not be carried out, because
the skin temperature will be low.
BEFORE YOU START
1 Remove the device from the package.
2 Remove the battery compartment cover.
3 Insert new 2 x 1.5 V AAA batteries into the
battery compartment, observing polarity.
Always use only new batteries.
4 Close the battery compartment cover.
Dispose of used batteries in accordance with
applicable legal regulations. It is forbidden to
dispose of batteries in household waste.
