SAFE OPERATION INSTRUCTIONS
ATTENTION
Basic precautions must always be followed when using any electrical
device.
Before use, read the instruction manual carefully and save it for future
reference.
•
Before connecting the device to the mains, make sure that the
parameters indicated on the device match the parameters of your mains.
•
This device is intended only for household use. Do not use the device
inappropriately. Use the device only for the purposes described in the
instruction manual. The use of the device for purposes other than those
specified in this manual is a violation of the operating rules.
•
The device must be connected only to grounded sockets. Otherwise, the
device will not meet the requirements of protection against electric shock.
•
Do not stretch the power cord near sources of heat, gas or electric
cookers. Make sure that the cord does not twist or bend, does not
come in contact with sharp objects. Damage to the cord can lead to
malfunctions that do not correspond to the warranty conditions.
•
Periodically check the electrical cord for possible damage.
•
Never use the device with a damaged cord or plug.
•
Unplug the device from the wall outlet with dry hands, pulling the power
cord by the plug, not by the wire. Failure in observing this precaution
could result in damage to the cord and electric shock. Switch off the
device after each use.
•
Never switch on the device without water in the water container.
•
Before installing or removing components, be sure to disconnect the
device from the mains.
•
Always unplug the device before cleaning.
•
Do not exceed the amount and cooking time indicated in the table in
section 9 «Operating principles and procedures». Leave the device to cool
for about 15 minutes between two consecutive uses.
•
Always place the device on a dry, flat surface, out of the reach of children.
•
Do not open the water tank screw cap (

) during operation. After
switching off the device, the water tank screw cap can be opened not
earlier than after 5 minutes.
