DETAILED DESCRIPTION WITH INSTRUCTIONS FOR WORK
The sprayer's chassis consists of a welded steel structure that holds the tank. The front part contains the
piston diaphragm pump, the centrifugal pump, the pressure filter, litre scale and a regulator for
controlling the sprayer. The suction filter and the filling container are integrated into the left side of the
sprayer. The hand-washing reservoir is located at the right side of the sprayer. The spray boom is
attached to the rear vertical lifting mechanism with hydraulic control. The rinsing reservoir is attached
next to the main reservoir.

CHASSIS OF THE SPRAYER AND ADJUSTABLE WHEEL TRACK
The chassis consists of a welded steel structure. All components of the sprayer are protected against
corrosion and are powder coated or zinc plated.
The sprayer is equipped with two half axles (
marked with an arrow on Figure 7.7.1),
which are
adjusted perpendicularly to the driving direction. The width of the half axles must be adjusted to match
the width of the tractor's wheels to avoid running over and crushing the crops. By adjusting the half
axles (Figure 7.7.1) and turning wheels (Figure 7.2), the width can be adjusted between 1500-2200
mm. Make sure you fasten all the screws when installing the rims back into their place!

WARNING: When adjusting the wheel track, make sure that all four (4) screws
are pressed tightly against the half axle!
