6.1 Messa in funzione
Se si utilizzano tipi diversi di trattrice, verificare che
siano sempre soddisfatte le condizioni del Capitolo 4
relative alla lunghezza dell'albero cardanico.
Prima dell'avviamento l'operatore deve assicurarsi
che l'albero cardanico sia collegato correttamente
come descritto al punto 4.2.2 o 4.2.3.
Prima di avviare la trinciatrice assicurarsi che i coltelli
del rotore non tocchino il terreno. Se i coltelli vengono
a contatto con il terreno possono:
• Generare vibrazioni dannose alla trinciatrice.
• Usurarsi rapidamente.
• Sottoporre gli organi di trasmissione a forti sollecita-
zioni.
6.2 Regolazione altezza di lavoro
Per eseguire la regolazione dell'altezza di lavoro pro-
cedere nel modo seguente:
• Collegare la trinciatrice alla trattrice rispettando le
regole già descritte alla pagina 4-5, sollevare la trin-
ciatrice ed appoggiarla ad adeguati sostegni.
• Regolazione slitte:
Personale richiesto: 1 OPERATORE
Regolare le slitte 1 (Fig. 6-1), sia destra che sinistra,
agendo sulle viti 2 e 3.
• Regolazione rullo:
Personale richiesto: 2 OPERATORI
Allentare il dado 4 (Fig. 6-2), togliere la vite 5 e il
dado 6 e posizionare il supporto rullo nel foro desi-
derato. Fissare con la vite 5 e il dado 6. Questa ope-
razione deve essere eseguita sia a destra che a
sinistra.

6.1 Getting started
When using different tractor types, make sure the con-
ditions of Chapter 4 concerning the cardan shaft length
are always observed.
Before starting the shredder the operator should
make sure that the cardan shaft is properly con-
nected as described at point 4.2.2 or 4.2.3.
Before starting the shredder make sure that the rotor
blades do not touch the ground. If the blades touch the
ground they may:
• Generate harmful vibrations to the shredder.
• Wear out rapidly.
• Overload the transmission organs.
6.2 Working height adjustment
In order to adjust the working height, proceed as fol-
lows:
• Connect the shredder to the tractor respecting the
rules described on page 4-5, lift the shredder and
lean it on proper supports.
• Skids adjustment:
Required staff: 1 OPERATOR
Adjust the skids 1 (Fig. 6-1) both left and right side,
by acting on the bolts 2 and 3.
• Roller adjustment:
Required staff: 2 OPERATORS
Loosen the nut 4 (Fig. 6-2), remove the bolt 5 and
the nut 6, and locate the roller support into the
favourite hole. Fix with the bolts 5 and the nut 6.
This operation should be performed on both left and
right side.
