Correct V-belt tension:
The V-belt give way by approximately 15...20
mm when you press your thumb on it.
Adjustment and belt replacement should be
carried out by a specialist workshop or
- agria-Service -
To tension the V-belt, proceed as follows:
1. Loosen the fixing screws (1) and locknuts
(2) on the left and right of the generator
2. Tension V-belt by moving the generator with
the tightening screws (3)
3. Tighten fixing screws (1) and locknuts (2)
Check the V-belt for wear and damage.
Replace the V-belt if it is damaged.
Replacement of the belt should only be carried
out by a specialist workshop or

Electric motors
Brush contacts
When working in dusty and aggressive atmos-
pheres, dust and dirt accumulations may devel-
op on the brush contacts.
To prevent premature wear, we recommend that
the brush contacts are checked and cleaned
after every 50 hours of operation by a specialist
workshop and replaced if necessary.
