5. Maintenance
Machine
P.T.O. Drive
The PTO drive is fitted with a long-ter m oil volume
and no oil change is necessary, however the oil level
must be checked and topped up where necessar y.
Attention:
it is filled with synthetic transmission oil -
this cannot be mixed with mineral oil!

Check
transmission oil level
before you take
up operation and after every

operating hours
l
Park the machine on le vel ground and unscrew
oil control plug (4)
l
The oil must be at the level of the inspection hole,
top up with transmission oil in the filler hole where
necessary, for this remove the cover (A/2)
l
Screw oil controll plug (4) back in and tighten
l
Refit the co ver as necessar y if pre viously re-
moved.
Steering clutch
l
The steering clutches must be each lubr icated
after
25
operating hours with g rease on the lubr i-
cating nipples.
Drive-Wheels
l
Check tyre air pressure (1.0 bar) regular ly. For
smooth driving, make sure that there is the same
air pressure in front and rear tyres respectiv ely.
l
For full tractive power, mount wheels with pointed
parts of lugs showing in travel direction (wheels seen
from above).
