Operation
Before first Use
Unpack the jack stands and check them for damage in transit. Dispose of
packaging material carefully or store it out of reach of children. There is a
danger of suffocation!
Insert the saddle/gear rack unit into the base of the jack stands. Use pliers or
similar to bend in the small safety notch (5). This way the saddle/gear rack unit
is permanently coupled with the base.
Using
1. Park the load to be lifted, e.g. a vehicle on even ground and secure it against
rolling off (e.g. with wheel chocks). Lift the vehicle with a car jack after it has
been secured.
2. Adjust the height of the jack stands as desired. The ratchet (3) at the base of
the jack stand holds the gear rack (2) securely in the selected stage.
3. Now position the jack stands under the vehicle at a suitable location. Implicitly
refer to the car manufacturer’s instructions. Always use the jack stands in pairs
per axle.
4. Carefully lower the vehicle until it safely rests on the jack stands. Constantly
ensure that the jack stands are correctly in place. Raise the load again and
correct the placement of the jack stands if necessary.
5. After finishing work, raise the car off the jack stands, remove the stands and
lower the car. Ensure that no persons and/or objects are located under or
within the range of the vehicle. Lift the releasing lever (4) and fully lower the
saddle.
Maintenance, Cleaning and Storing

a hand broom.
Do not clean the jack stands with aggressive detergents or chemicals.
Store the jack stands indoors in a dry place that is protected from dust, dirt and
extreme temperatures.
Store the jack stands out of reach of children.
