Filament do

These phenomena are caused by distorted filament in the
pen. If you can ’ t finish the following steps by yourself,
please contact
for help.
1. Get a small Phillips screwdriver and a pair of small
scissors.
2. Use screwdriver to unscrew the screws that fix housing
and pipe respectively.
3. Remove the housing and the pipe.
4. Cut away the uneven filament.
5. Plug the pen into socket. When the yellow indicator and
green indicator both are on, hold the button ▲ for 1s to
unload the filament smoothly.
6.
Unplug the power adapter and wait for the pen cool
completely. Fix the pipe and housing in place.
7. Done!
