To Charge a Battery

Upon delivery of the instrument, it is required that the rechargeable
battery fully charged for 4.5 hours with the designated Agilent AC
adapter. Ensure that you have the correct line power cord (refer to
Table 1- 1). The AC adapter automatically converts input line voltage
ranges from 100 VAC – 240 VAC, 50 Hz – 60 Hz to output voltage
12 VDC, 2 A.

C A U T I O N
While operating the instrument, the battery is charged in trickle mode that needs
longer charging time, approximately 14 hours. For quick charging mode with
instrument turned off, the charging time is approximately 5 hours.
