Return for Service or Repair
Should it be necessary to return the product for repair or service, please include the following information:

Contact Agilent for instructions on where to ship your analyzer.

Your company’s name and address.
•
A technical contact person within your company and the person’s complete telephone number,
including county code and area code.
•
A detailed description of the problem and how the device was begin used when the problem occurred
(such as calibration, measurement, failed test or error message).
