Remove the pneumatics assembly from the headspace sampler.

Completely loosen the two T- 20 Torx captive thumbscrews that are
inset at the front of the pneumatics assembly (
).

Completely loosen the T- 20 Torx captive thumbscrew in the back
area of the pneumatics assembly (
c
Lift the pneumatics assembly straight up, rotate the unit about 90
degrees counterclockwise, and lay it across the back of the headspace
sampler.

If desired, disconnect the pneumatics assembly cables at the PCM
and heater locations. The cable harness should remain connected to
