You can change the settings as described in the ‘Changing Settings’ section.
NOTE
Any changes to a method are saved automatically, even if the temperature control
module is switched off.
The end temperature (
T_end
) may be higher or lower than the start temperature
(
T_start
). If the program is running, the time for each next step begins to run
directly after completion of the previous step, so the time is already running while
the cell is heated to the set temperature of the next step. The last step in the step
program is just large enough to reach the end temperature.
Changing Settings
To change a setting, select the key corresponding to the parameter you want to
change. You will see the change menu:

To change the setting, press and hold the appropriate key.
When changing temperatures, the change will be in units until a multiple of 10 is
reached. The change will then be in tens until a multiple of 100 is reached. The
change is then in hundreds. Release the key to restart the change in single units.
When changing times, the change will be in seconds until a multiple of a minute is
reached, then the change will be in minutes.
Select OK to accept the settings.
