Removing and Replacing Option Specific Hardware

1. Refer to 

Figure 3

. Disconnect all of the cables and harnesses from the A6 and A21 boards.

Location of Option 300 Card Cage Boards

2. Pull up on the A6 and A21 boards to remove them from the CPU/motherboard connector.

3. Replace the A6 and A21 boards with the A6 and A21 boards from the kit.

4. Refer to 

Table 1 on page  16

 and 

Figure 4 on page 17

. Make the proper connections for the 

cables and connectors.
