Manual Changes
After reviewing table 16 and table 17, write in this operation manual the
necessary changes from the revision notes that correspond to the serial number of
your PCS Interface or to the version of the firmware.
Not all of the information in this manual will be suitable for the PCS Interface
units that are manufactured after this manual is printed. Yellow revision notes,
inserted into this manual, will be included with such units when they are shipped
from the factory.
If the serial number of your PCS Interface does not correspond to the numbers
noted in the inside cover of this manual or those noted in table 16 and table 17,
write down the changes in your operation manual corresponding to the yellow
revision notes.
In addition to this information, the yellow revision notes also contain corrections
to this manual. To keep your manual as accurate and up to date as possible we
recommend that you periodically review the latest revision notes and update your
manual accordingly.
If the serial number of your unit does not correspond to those in this manual or the
yellow revision notes, contact the nearest Hewlett-Packard Sales Office.
To check the firmware version, execute an
*IDN?
command from an external
controller. Refer to "*IDN?" on page 98 for information on
*IDN?
command.
