Available Monitors
column, select
MS High Vac
and click
Add
to move
the selection to the
Selected Monitors
column.

MS 1 Heater,
and click
Add
to move
the selection to the
Selected Monitors
column.

column, select
MS 2 Heater,
and click
Add
to move
the selection to the
Selected Monitors
column.

MS Turbo Speed,
and click
Add
to
move the selection to the
Selected Monitors
column.

Available Monitors
column, select
MS Source Temp,
and click
Add
to
move the selection to the
Selected Monitors
column.

column, select
Foreline Pressure,
and click
Add
to
move the selection to the
Selected Monitors
column.

Select any other monitors you want, and
add them
to the
Selected Monitors
column.

OK
. The new monitors will be stacked on top of each other in the lower
right corner of the
Instrument Control
window.

Select
Window > Arrange Plots and Monitors
, or click and drag each monitor
to the desired position. See
for one way of arranging the monitors.

To make the new settings part of the method, select
Save
from the
Method
menu.
