The Agilent 11898A module extender does not have separate electrical, opti-
cal, temperature, or humidity specifications. For information on performance
specifications and characteristics for plug-in modules used with the extender,
refer to the documentation provided with the plug-in module. However, due to
the additional cable length of the module extender, some plug-in performance
parameters may be affected. This chapter provides information on the
affected performance parameters.

Characteristics Characteristics provide useful, nonwarranted, information about the func-
tions and performance of the instrument. Characteristics are printed in
italics.
