Calibrating the Probe
10x Attenuator Accuracy Test
10x Attenuator Accuracy Test
NOTE
If the gain test for the probe fails, the 10x Attenuator Accuracy Test will fail or the
results will be poor. Do not continue until the probe passes the dc gain test.

Disconnect the probe from the test board and connect the 10x
attenuator adapter to the probe.

Carefully connect the input of the probe/attenuator to the test
