Performing a Film Calibration after the internal Densitometer Calibration
NOTE:
The film calibration after the internal densitometer calibration has to be performed one
time for each tray.
(1) Select menu “Service Engineer
Tools - Enter Service Command
session - 6 Calibration - 1 Film
Calibration”.

Performing a Print Head Calibration followed by two Film Calibrations
NOTE:
The print head calibration has to be performed 2 times, if films of width 10” and 14” are
available.
Instructions
(1) Clean the thermal head with a cleaning tissue lightly moistened with Isopropyl -
alcohol. The last cleaning action must be carried out in one way.
(2) In the browser pages - menu 'Service Engineer Tools - Enter Service Command
session' select '6. Calibration - 3. Print Head Calibration'.
(3) Follow the instructions on the browser pages. Refer to Figure 15.
(4) Perform two film calibrations for both trays. Refer to section 2.5.4.1.
(5) Repeat the print head calibration, if films of width 10” and 14” are available.
