After tank is drained and the flow of waste fluid from the tank stops, disconnect the 
tubing from the Waste port. To disconnect the tubing, press down on the release tab 
and pull the quick-disconnect fitting out 

(Figure 4.23)

.

NOTE

A small amount of residual water may be in the tubing. When the tubing is pulled out of the waste 

port, hold the end of the tubing up so that residual water drains out the other end back into the 

waste reservoir or sink.

4.5  Monthly maintenance

This section explains how to clean the supply and waste tanks with ethanol and then 
flush the wash system with a 65% ethanol solution.
