Versions
"FloCo-Top-2KM Si" filters and de-
aerates fuel oil. "FloCo-Top-2KM Si"
features two separate float cham-
bers. The lower float chamber con-
tains the operating float; the upper
float chamber contains the safety
float. The upper float chamber keeps
oil foam from escaping via the vent
opening (for example, during com-
missioning/filter replacement) and
indicates malfunctions of the vent
valve.
The vacuum gauge (-0.7 bar) indi-
cates filter pollution. Increased vac-
uum provides information on the
degree of pollution of the filter. The
pressure gauge additionally displays
a possible static inlet-pressure of up
to 0.9 bar. It is sufficient to close the
shut-off valve at the filter to check the
suction capacity. It is sufficient to

The check valve has an integrated
overpressure device which opens at
1.5 bar; it becomes ineffective if, for
example, flow and return lines are
interchanged.
The product is equipped with a sin-
tered plastic filter.
