Insert Dowels (#11) into Shelf Divider (Y) before attaching changer top to the unit.

a. Secure changer top by using Barrel Nuts (#9) before inserting Bolts (#5). Tighten firmly with Wrench 
(#4). 
b. Gently rock one side of unit and test for uneven assembly. Retighten screws or reassemble entire 
unit if necessary.
