WARRANTY
Amy gold E-hookah technology(AET) offers a limited 90-day warranty to original
purchasers(“Purchaser(s)”) of the E-hookah.We warrants that the product will be free from
defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for ninty(90) days after
the original date of purchase of the product. We does not offer a warranty on cartridges or
cartomizers due the limited life expectancy of these items. This warranty does not cover any
defects or costs caused by:
1.
modification,alteration,repair or service of the product by any person or company other
than AET;
2.
physical abuse to the product or misuse of the product or operation thereof in a manner
inconsistent with the use indicated in its instruction manual;
3.
any use of the product other than that for which it was originally intended(i.e. the use of
unapproved accessories,like non original chargers or power adapters); or
4.
any users negligence.
Any express warranty not provided herein,and any remedy other than based on the warranty
contained herein that might arise by interference or operation of law, is hereby excluded and
disclaimed, including without limitation,the implied warranties of merchantability and of
fitness for a particular purpose.Replacement or repair of the product is the purchaser’s
exclusive remedy under this warranty.
