Figure 2-25 shows one safety device connected to multiple XC2es in parallel.
WARNING : The XC2e does not check for short circuits on the external STO wiring. If this is
not done by the external safety device, short circuits on the wiring must be excluded. Refer
to EN ISO 13849-2. For Category 4 systems, the exclusion of short circuits is mandatory.
