2.3.1.2. Absolute Encoder
NOTE:
Aerotech recommends that you use twisted pair wiring for all differential signals.
The XC2 retrieves absolute position data along with encoder fault information via a serial data stream from
the absolute encoder. See
for the serial data stream interface. Refer to the Help file for
information on how to set up your EnDat or Resolute absolute encoder parameters.
