DISCUS BREAKDOWN FOR SHIPPING IN TWO METERS LONG PACKAGE (Discus B
model only)
Discus breakdown in two meters long package is basically the
reverse of Discus reassembly from two meters long package.
Refer to the pictures in the section above if necessary.
After the sail has been removed from the frame (see the section
“Removing the sail from the frame and re-installing”) and rear
leading edges have been unplugged, proceed to the following
steps.
1. Lay the frame on a floor or on a clean working surface as
shown on the picture (

2. Detach the basebar and fold up the control bar legs. Dismount the control bar apex assembly. Install the protection bag
on the control bar upper fittings (

).
Carefully roll the bottom and top cables and install the protection bag on the control bar bottom fittings (

).
3. Remove the middle leading edge / rear crossbar tubes assembly from the front leading edges and at the same time
from the front crossbar.
4. Remove the rear keel / middle keel tube assembly from the front keel.
