Before sitting on the Chair, hold onto the Chair to keep it
stable and slowly sit down. This will prevent the Chair from
moving and the user from falling. Keep your body weight on
the center of the ball.
After completing the Chair assembly, please sit or press on
the chair for 10 minutes to align Gas Lift (part “C”) and
Holder (part “D”); then lift by adjusting the lever (part “G”)
up to adjust the height.
Inflate the ball
Insert value ‘L’ into
inflation hole. Valve ‘L’
can’t be removed
from ball ‘H’.
User can use brass needle ‘K’ to
adjust the ball’s air pressure by
inserting it into valve ‘L.’
Remove cap
