three M10 Nylon lock Nut (#78)
2.Attach the Back Pad Frame(#3)

the Handle(#7)(#8)to the Main Frame (#2)
using:
two M10*110 HHB (#63) one M10*70 HHB (#68)
six 11* 23*2 Flat Washer (#82) three M10 Nylon lock Nut (#78)
3.Attach Pivot Axle (#15) and (#16) to the Main Frame (#2) using:
two M10*25 HHB (#71) two 11* 23*2 Flat Washer (#82)
two 10Spring Washer (#87) two

4.Attach Adjustable Cam (#9) to the Pivot Axle (#15) using:
