three Φ11*Φ23*2 Flat Washer(#50)
2.Attach the Row Handle (#15) to the Cable 1 (#11) using:
one Gear Hook(#28)
3.Attach two Strap Handle (#16) to the Cable 2 (#12) using:
two Gear Hook(#28)
4.Attach

two Foam Padding (#35) four Plastic Washer(#36)
two End Cap (#20)
to the Thigh Frame (#5) using:
two M10*30*30 BHCS
(#62) two Φ11*Φ23*2 Flat Washer(#50)
Note:
Wrench Tighten bolts and Nylon Lock nuts.
