After replacing the UV-C lamp (F) the device must be reset. This is done by pressing the button (T) on the elec
-
tronic ballast (E) and holding it for five seconds. The green lamp will now light up again.
ACTIVATION OF ‘DRUM FILTER’ BYPASS:
During a treatment or in the event of a problem the drum can be short-circuited by means of the bypass.
ACTIVATION OF BYPASS:
1.
Switch off control box.
2. Remove two red caps from the partition wall.
3. Connect circulation pump to 230V mains outlet.
# SETTING SLIP CLUTCH TORQUE 65 NM
The drive shaft is fitted with a slip clutch that allows the shaft to turn freely if something prevents the drum from
turning.
SETTING TORQUE:
1. Remove motor cover.
2.
Place torque spanner on M10 nut on the shaft.
3. Prevent drum from turning and torque to 65 Nm.

Once you have established that the screen panel (S) is showing wear, it is important that you replace it with a new
screen panel (S) as soon as possible. This will ensure the continued optimal performance of the filter.
1. Disconnect the power supply and close the piping.
2.
Ensure that the water can drain out of the filter.
3. Turn the drum (R) by hand until the fastening strip (U) and hose clamps (V) are pointing upwards.
4. Now remove the screws (W) from the fastening strip (U).
5. Loosen the hose clamps (V).
6. Remove the drain channel (X), by unscrewing the two mounting screws (Y) at the front.
7. Now remove the screen panel (S) and replace it with a new one.
8. Tighten the hose clamps (V) and fastening strip (U) again. Then check that the assembly is attached correctly.
9. Put the lid back on the housing (M).
10. Now insert the plug in the socket and hold the button (Q) for 10 seconds. Now the motor and high pressure
pump are activated again.
