You can store 3 telephone numbers in the one-touch memory.

In on-hook state:
1. Press

or

button to select the incoming number or

button

repeatedly to select the outgoing number you desire or input the
telephone number manually.
2. Press the

button and the LCD shows

.

3. Press the desired location button (

) to store the number.

: To update the number stored in the one-touch memory, just

repeat above steps to store a new number to replace the old one.

Either in on-hook or off-hook state, you can press one of the memory
button (

~

) to dial out the matching number.

This feature allows you to insert a temporary pause during dialling
sequence. For example, dialling an international number (e.g.: 011-
886-22-795-1234), some telephone company systems will not register
the entire number entry without a pause between the prefix numbers.
You may have to dial 011-

, dial 886 -

. This allows adequate

time for the phone number to register with the telephone company's
system and complete the call.

Press

button to terminate a call and institute a dialling tone for

another call or to get another call from "Call Waiting" (a special
telephone service).

If you do not have any special telephone service, such as Call

Waiting, pressing

button during a call may disconnect your

current conversation.

Set the ringer volume switch to the desired position (

/

/

). To

have the maximum ringer volume, move the ringer volume switch to
the

position. To have a low ringer volume, move the ringer volume

switch to the

position. If you would prefer the ringer not to disturb

you, move the ringer volume switch to the

position.

In the standby mode, pre-dial the telephone number you want to call
(you can check the number before dialing and use

button to

delete the incorrect digit), then press

button to dial it out.

To switch your call to speakerphone, press the

button and replace

the handset in the cradle. To switch back, just pick up the handset. In
speaker state, you can make or answer calls.

Lift the handset or press the

button, then press the

button

to redial the last dialled number.

In the standby mode, press the

button to enter the menu.

In the on-hook state, press the

button to delete the incorrect digit

when you set the code. In menu mode, use the button to exit from the
menu. When the LCD shows the CID number, press the button to
delete the record. If you hold the button for more than 3 seconds, all
the CID numbers will be deleted.
