NOTE
:
If the reception is too weak and there is interference on the received station, try to
improve the reception by altering the position and uncoiling or coiling the antenna.
Select the Preset Radio Station
1. Press the TIME SET / M+ button. The preset indicator “P-01” appears in the display.
2. Use the MIN / TU+ /
or HOUR / TU– /
buttons respectively to select the
desired preset position.
ALARM FUNCTION
General Information
•
You’d like to be woken up by radio?
Preset the station and the volume. The device
switches on with the last set radio station and volume level.
•
When the alarm time is reached, a dot flashes next to “AL 1 BUZZER“ or “AL 1 RADIO“
and / or “AL 2 BUZZER“ or “AL 2 RADIO“.
Setting of the Alarm
You can set two alarm times. Proceed as follows:
1.
Switch the device off.
2.
Keep the AL1 / VOL− button pressed for approx. 3 seconds. The indicator begins
to flash.
3. Set the hours with the HOUR / TU– /
button and the minutes with the
MIN / TU+ /
button.
NOTE
:
If you do not press a button within 4 seconds, the settings are accepted auto-
matically.

Then use the AL1 / VOL− button to select how you want to be woken up. Select

Buzzer ( AL 1 BUZZER ):
A buzzer sounds when the alarm time is reached. The volume of the buzzer
cannot be adjusted.
•
Last heard radio frequency ( AL 1 RADIO ):
As soon as your set alarm time is shown, the radio switches on. The last tuned
FM station plays at the last set volume. The volume increases slowly and
cannot be changed afterwards.
