Using the wok stand

A wok stand lets you use a round-bot-
tomed wok on the hob. You must only
use the wok stand on the Triple Crown
burner. You must not use it with any oth-
er type of wok or pan. When you install
the wok stand, make sure the recesses in
the frame fit tightly on the bars of the
pan supports.

When you install the grate of the
Triple Crown burner afterwards,
align the hollow part of the grate
with the reference on the plate
attached to the glass.

CAUTION!

Be very careful when you put the
pan supports back on their posi-
tion. There is a risk of scratching
the glass hob top.

• If possible, always put the lids on the

pans.

• When the liquid starts to boil, turn

down the flame to barely simmer the
liquid.
