Heating Circuit
The cycle temperature is fixed by the µP depending on the selected program. The heating element RC is
connected by the full contact of the level pressure switch of heating 1 (21/24) and of that of heating 2
(11/14).
The temperature control is guaranteed by the µP through the NTC temperature sensor. The temperature
sensor reduces its resistance according to the temperature increase.
The reduction in the ohmio value of the temperature sensor is detected by the µP; as soon as the
selected temperature is reached the power supply to the heating element will be paused.
Security

The pressure switch Heating 1 and Heating 2 insures the power part security of the heater function.

Motor
The rotary direction of the motor is reversed by switching through two relays K1 and K2.
The current flow in the rotor is reversed. From 1000 1/min on a third relay K3 reduces the magnetic field
of the motor, thus increasing the motor speed. The speed of motor rotation is continously controlled by
the µP, which receives through a sinal emited by the tachymetric (TY) information Speed of motor
rotation. The duration and the speed of motor rotation are determined by the main PCB according to the
phase of selected programme in progress.
Security :
During the motor rotation, the µP controls continuously the circuit of tachymetric, if it notices that the
circuit is cut, in short-circuit or with absence of tachymetric magnet it will caused by openning of contact
of K4 and of triac the cut of power and will cancelled the cycle in progress.
Security identical if the triac is in short-circuit except for the openning of triac which is no more possible.
