15 Ordering accessories
In order to enjoy continued use of your
appliance and to avoid premature
faults, it is very important to clean and
descale the appliance on a regular
basis. You can also order the original
descaling agent straight from us.

• The water tank is empty or not prop-
erly in place.

Fill the water tank and insert it accord-
ing to instructions, see „Filling with
water“ page 42.
• The water tank is dirty or limescale
deposits have built up inside it.

Rinse out or descale the water tank.

GROUND COFFEE TOO FINE

• The coffee machine cannot make any

Place a container underneath the hot
water nozzle and press the "hot
