3.1.4 For Windows ME & Windows 98SE

Step1.

After complete hardware installation, turn on your system and boot into windows.

When operation system detects TV capture card,

“Add New Hardware Wizard”

window will appear, then click

“Cancel”

.

Step2.

Insert the Installation CD and click “

Install Driver

” to begin installation.

Step3.

Please wait for a while during the installation. After installing completed, click “

OK

” to

reboot your compute.
