2.15 USB Connectors (CN15,CN17)
The board provides up to four USB (Universal Serial Bus) ports using Plug and Play.
The USB interfaces comply with High Speed USB specification Rev. 2.0 which sup-
ports 480Mbps transfer rate, and are fuse protected.
The USB interface is accessed through two 5 x 2-pin flat-cable connectors. You will
need an adapter cable if you use a standard USB connector. The adapter cable has
a 5 x 2-pin connector on one end and a USB connector on the other.
The USB interfaces can be disabled in the system BIOS setup.
2.16 GPIO (General Purpose Input Output) (CN36/
CN37)
The board supports 8-bit GPIO through GPIO connector. The 8 digital inputs and out-
puts can be programmed to read or control devices, with each input or output
defined. The default setting is 8 bits input.
