Parameters 

lpcsFileName: 

Specifies the file name of 
the AVI file. 

nWidth: 
nHeight 
nFrameRate 

Specifies the frame rate of 
the video. 

 

Return Value 

If the function succeeds, the file handle is returned. 
Otherwise, the function returns NULL. 

 
Description 

This function creates the AVI file to save the encoded 
video stream.
